I am a current resident in San Francisco, CA. I recently took a job offer in Decatur and will be relocating in a couple of weeks (February 14th to be exact). I know most landlords are probably aiming to fill the rooms as early as possible.
I am very considerate, respectful, thoughtful of my house mates and like to keep the common areas tidy. Throughout my five years of renting rooms, I am proud to say my rent never came late. I am very approachable, social, and enjoy a conversation with the house mates.
Aside from my history in renting rooms I have many hobbies. I enjoy hiking, watching sports (particularly basketball), and an avid shoe collector. I am not a drinker or smoker and do not mind those around me who do.
