I am renting a 3 bedroom 2 bath house right now. I am looking to rent out 2 of the rooms to females. My current roommate is moving out at the end of May so I have one room available now and the other will be available at the beginning of June. The house is in a great neighborhood about 5 minute drive(max) away from CSU Fresno and about a 30 minute walk. It is close to transit, shopping, and groceries. The house is about 1500 square feet. It has a front and back yard - landscaped, fireplace indoors and outdoors, washer and dryer hook-ups, 2 car garage, furnished living room and kitchen - that has a dishwasher, oven and range, and microwave. It is a great house!!! PG&E runs about 50-70 in the summer and winter. All extra bills would be split with current tenants. No pets allowed per landlord, preferably no children. I am looking for people who are mature, responsible and clean. I do not want petty drama. I am 23F, I go to school FT and work PT. I have a pretty full schedule so as you can see I do not have time to be petty and deal with any nonsense. If you are interested please let me know ASAP!!! Thanks!!! |
