The unit is 2bd 2bth. Furnished or unfurnished, the room has its own priv bthrm and has easy access to entrance. Kitchen and laundry privileges included. No extra charge to furnish the room.
Want someone who needs something temporarily ONLY. Preferably 3mths but am willing to neg.depending on situation. Im not anal clean but things can get disorganized. Put it this way... I keep it clean enough that I dont ever have to worry if someone unexpected knocks on the door! Its a small unit about 900sq ft so its not hard to keep it presentable.
