Room for rent with 2 straight females and an 11 year girl. No drugs, alcohol, or overnight guests. All bills paid, washer/dryer/ kitchen priviledges/jacuzzi and close to the beach. We live in a beautiful 2000 sq. ft home in a quiet neighborhood. I would prefer an older female who done with the party scene and is looking for a nice clean quiet living environment. I am only interested in women who will be good role models for my daughter. I don't care about race or religion, but all sexual practices must be done outside the home. |
