I'm hoping to rent one room and a separated bath in my three bedroom/two bath condo. It'll just be the two of us so I'm hoping to find someone who will be drama-free and comfortable to be around. A tidy female is preferred.
The room is a furnished 10 x 10 room with a full size bed, nightstand(s), and lamps. You will have your own bathroom and access to the general living areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio). The $700/month includes water, gas, Internet, cable, and electricity. You must have proof of employment and be willing to pass a credit check. 30 days notice is required to leave and a deposit of $700 is required before move in.
Please no drugs, smoking, pets, or couples.
I am a 27 year old female with one small dog. Dont worry: he is house trained and very friendly. |
