Hi... My roommate, Jen, recently told me that she is going to be moving out around the 1st of June. She and I found each other on roommates.com over 3 years ago and we have been living together since then and it's been great. Unfortunately she found a housing opportunity she just can't pass up and so I need to find someone to take over her part of the lease. We live in a very nice, relatively new IAC apartment community in Irvine - right by the Tustin MarketPlace (Serrano Apts off of Bryan between Jamboree & Culver - http://www.rental-living.com/Communities/Serrano). It's a nice 2-bed/2-bath setup with garage right below us. The available room is "master-suite" style with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen has all of the amenities and there is even a washer/dryer right inside (no quarters needed!!!). I have no desire to move anytime soon - its a great apt in a great location, its close to work, and just about everything else in my life - I'm very happy here and Jen has been too. We started out just as random roommates but have become very close friends over the last 3 years. As for me, I'm Ryan (ryanandrew@cox.net), a 31 year old guy who is pretty clean, no drugs, no smoking... I am responsible and pay my bills on time - and I would expect that you would too.
