Hi, looking for possible housemate to rent out downstairs master room w/ private bathroom. I live in s beautifully awesome neighborhood. Unlimited and convenient parking. Roommate must be clean, responsible, good credit. Located next to Irvine Valley College, UCI, huge community pool, churches, and shopping centers.
I am a male graduate student at night, and work during the day. I consider myself a very balanced all-around person and I get along with everybody, and looking for somebody who can be that same type of person. I occasionally party, but never bring it home. Current roommate found job outside of OC and is moving. Possible new roommate must be cool with a friendly good behaved clean sheltie (dog).
