1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house in Long Beach. Plenty of parking on street in quiet neighborhood. Some storage available in detached garage. House is fully furnished except bedroom being rented out. I live a clean life, so shared responsibilities of household chores a must! I also have two black lab puppies that live inside/outside, so you must love dogs. Monthly utilities (gas, water, electricity), cable (internet, phone, cable t.v.) and gardener shared (approx. 150/person). I enjoy baking, cooking, going to the beach (especially with my dogs), bike rides, sports, and hanging out with friends. I am not into the party scene happening at my house, so if that is you, we wouldn't live well together. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and responsible. |
