I do not live in the home but will do the mainteance and yard work and respond to any emergency if needed. I need 3 christians that have strong work ethics
so that I can keep paying the mortgage on the home.
There is a small front yard with brick and an iron fence with a gate. There is a one car garage with storage room.
This is a 3 bedroom with one bath/shower,laundry ,cable hookups in rooms
ceramic tile in kitchen and bath,walkin closets in bedrooms,large enclosed patio where laundry is located.There is a sofa and love seat in the living room
There is a dining table in the kitchen.
