Fully furnished master bedroom for rent!
Room includes two full sized beds (which I put together to make one king-sized bed), two large dressers, desk with adequate space for studying/desktop computer, and an extra table to use as you please. The closet has an upper and lower level with spacious room for clothing. My roommate and I moved into this 2 br/1 ba unit during a "full furnished" move-in special, which is why the apartment comes with everything.
Apartment complex is located very close to CSULB and LBCC. Near Vons, Ralphs, Rite Aid, Starbucks, gas station, bus lines, banks, and a variety of places to eat. Amnenities include: laundry rooms, pool, and gym.
Assigned, gated parking available for a monthly fee. I got lucky and have a spot within view from my bedroom window that I can give to you upon rental.
I'm moving out because my family is moving into town and I will be living with them. My roommate is very clean, respectful, responsible and keeps to herself. |
