All utilities will be included as well as wireless internet. We have a 5month old doberman pinscher dog so hope you dont mind dogs. If you have a dog you are more then welcome to bring them along. We have a large backyard so that will not be a problem. (just help clean up after them) Also we have 2 2 car garages so if you need to store some stuff it will be ok. We also have a tredmill and a bowflex machine so if you want to workout you can. We are looking for a laid back female ages 18-28.
