I have a room availble as of Aug. 1st in California Heights 5 min from LBCC campuses, 10-15 min away from CSU , the 405 and 710 is literally a min down the street. Im about 8-10 min from the beach (LONG BEACH) but only like 15-20 away from beautiful Hungington or Seal. The room is 700 a month which includes utilities i dont want somone who is gonna use and abuse this factor want somone who is just glad they have the comfort of having to not deal with all that extra stuff , i have direct tv in living room , it is also direct tv ready in the room all you have to do is get a reciever which is easy on craigslist, washer and dryer , storage in back, grill and patio area in large fenced in back yard. Alittle about me im 25 and my roomate who shares a room with me is 31 we both work full time in restuarants and i attend school full time , she will be attending culinary school also in fall. We dont party , might have a cook out if we have time mostly on our days off we work on house or yard, were both quite, respectful, were failry clean not neat freaks or n e thing. Were looking for somone who is career/school minded and has the same living qualitys as us clean, respectful, responsible, so call if you'd rather live comfortably in a house and have a yard and the comfort of your car not gettin broken into even when you forget to lock it or never hearing any noise but crickets at night, instead of being crammed into a small apartment in the ghetto or paying way to much for a small apartment in the beach neighborhood email me at anidstylie@yahoo.com im having phone issues so ill call you asap
