my name is Wil. I'm eighteen, take classes at lbcc off & on (currently off), and I make my money through construction work and music (construction more so, unsurprisingly). I have a girlfriend who I've been with for a while now and I like to think I'm a pretty chill guy. I also have a friend who's 20 and goes to Cerritos college & works & he's interested in finding a place, too. my friend, me, and my girlfriend are moving up north to eureka, ca next summer, and me and my friend are looking for places to live until then. so if you have room just for me, or room for both of us, I would be interested.
I would like to keep the rent at about 500 monthly, but that is flexible. I don't have much credit, as the only thing I've ever done credit-wise is have a cell phone, but I don't have any skeletons in my closet. co-signing is a possibility for me, if needed.
we're really laid back guys and we're really easy to get along with. we go out a lot so we probably wont bug you too much. so think about it, and its cool if it doesnt work out. if so, I wish you the best of luck.
