Hello. Thanks for checking this out. I'm a pretty quiet guy looking to rent a room out in my quaint condo (gated community) near the Circle. I seek the same mostly quiet roommate, male or female. Ground rules go both ways, I'm all about dividing up the "chores" and laundry schedules. Smoking outside please!

This is comes furnished or not furnished--use the stuff I have or we can move it into storage. Bed is a twin, but has a trundle as well. Armoire for computer/TV. Closet is packed with crud right now, but will be empty by the time you move in. :-)
