I am a 36 year old female, single, professional, non-smoker with a 5 pound Chihuahua - she's very sweet and rarely barks!
I have a three bedroom 2 bath home (approx 2200 sq feet) in Miracle Mile (very close to Wilshire/La Brea). Hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There's a dishwasher and refrigerator with ice and water in the door and a private laundry room. I'm looking to rent one bedroom (approx size 11’ x 11’). The picture of the bedroom is furnished, but the room will be unfurnished for a potential roommate. The bathroom might be shared on occasion with guests. There is a front and side courtyard with patio furniture that can be used.
I office from home so I am looking for someone who is gone during the day or at least fairly quiet or keeps to their space while I work. Looking for someone who is mature, respectful, and easy to get along with. I need a non-smoker and would prefer no pets, but dogs are possible depending on how well they get along with my dog. No cats, though – allergies. This is a pretty quiet atmosphere, with occasional get togethers, but not a party house and I would like to keep it that way. I do travel frequently, so many weekends you would have the house to yourself. Rent would include cable with HBO, Showtime, and a DVR, High Speed Wi-Fi, all utilities and maid service every other week (which would include your room and having your bedding washed, if you like). There is some storage space available in a garage.
Plenty of parking as it's permit only - you'll get one permit. Tons of restaurants, bars, dry cleaning, nail salons, banks, etc. 1.5 miles from The Grove. 3 miles to West Hollywood. 3.5 miles to Beverly Hills. 3 miles to Hollywood.
