I have to move to NY for studying in the graduate school, soon.
My apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room and walk-in closet. There is wireless hi-speed internet available.
It is located in a very nice location.
I am asking for $1290 for the rent (Utility around $40), $1200 deposit and $25 application fee for the landlord.
Move in MAY 1st, 2008
Gated Tandem Parking. Elevator. Laundry facility on same floor.
My apartment address is 10600 Wilshire #6 floor.
It takes around 20 minutes to UCLA by walk.
What I'm looking for:
Someone who want to have your own room.
Someone who is clean and will be respectful of the common areas. You must have a stable income, and be responsible. You should be easy to get along with.
About the roommate in another bedroom:
His name is Apollo, a Hongkong-Chinese guy who is studying in UCLA graduate school.
He is pretty clean, nice, friendly and easy to get along with.
He has his own bedroom and bathroom in the same apartment.
Both of you need to share the common areas together.
