I would like a college/grad student or professional to share my apartment for 6-12 months ONLY. Anyone looking for over a 12 months stay need not look any further, sorry. There will be a credit check done, by management, before your able to move-in. The apartment is fully furnished--your room would be your only space to furnish. Your bathroom is next to your room, but is also the guest bathroom off of the living room. I have lived in this place for 7 years & am pretty set in my ways as far as cleanliness, courtesy, and mutual respect. I would hope the same of you--do unto others as you'd have done to yourself...is a really good motto! I little about myself--I am a professional, college graduate, with somewhat extended working hours. However, my home is my retreat from my work and the city. I am a Christian but am accepting of all faiths. Virgil, my Siamese cat, has been here a long as I have...just shut your door if you would not like him to befriend you in your room. |
