Hi! I'm starting graduate school at UCLA this fall and will be moving the first week of August. Looking to share a place that's preferably walkable/bikeable to UCLA. Ideally it would be nice to have some green space/garden. I'll need my own bedroom, but am fine with sharing a bathroom. I also need parking. I have two very sweet cats.
I'm easy to get along with, clean and quiet. I like to relax and cook at home.
I don't have a gender preference. I'm looking for people who are reasonably neat. I'm not okay with indoor smoking, hard drugs and late night loudness/parties. That's not to say I'm not sociable, just not into wild stuff. I will be studying a lot, so I won't be in your way. Please contact me if you're interested in looking together!
