The apartment has hardwood floors, its own brand new
washer and dryer in the unit and lots of charm and character.
The kitchen and bath are fully remodeled. It's on the second
floor and gets lots of light.
I am a professional female in my 30's. I am very
laid back and am looking for a roommate who is as well.
I have two cats, so you must be cat friendly :)
The building has only four units and shares a nice
front yard - all our neighbors are very friendly and laid
back. There is also parking in the back.
