The building is in a nice area close to several bus lines, and within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants including Larchmont. Strictly speaking, no one is allowed on the roof, but the view is great! ;)
There's a credit check to put anyone on the lease, but I don't mind if you'd rather not be on it-- I've had my share of financial hardship, so I understand that plenty of good, honest people have shaky credit due to past mistakes or bad luck.

I'm a 26-year-old artsy chick with one of those safe "real jobs" during the day. I'm a cat person, as are my three cats, and we all voted for Obama in the primary. I'm a vegetarian/lapsed vegan and if you are too, it would be cool if we could go in on Vegin' Out delivery or something . . . but if not, that's your thing. Gotta be 420-friendly, though-- I have a medical rec and I make use of it!
