I am looking for a roommate to move in on September 1 in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment.
The room comes with it's own bathroom.
-Room also has a sliding mirrored closet.
-Kitchen with all appliances
-Air conditioning and heat
-Laundry on premise (coin operated)
Room is available September 1 and that's when the lease starts.
One parking space is included in rent. Parking is located underneath building in a secure, gated area.
Apartment is across the NoHo redline station and walking distance to the Arts Institute NoHo and the NoHo Arts District.
I am a quiet, calm gay male. I prefer a roommate who's quiet as well and not so much a party person.
Deposit is required on September 1 which is also $595. Utilities are split and generally amount to $120 a month including cable and internet (lower when the electric and water bill aren't due)
