I am looking for a roommate who is in desire of a living situation where they feel encouraged to play their guitar, paint/draw, or make silly videos and would like to encourage their roommate to do the same. Someone who also picks up after themselves and washes their own dishes would ideal as well.
I live right in the heart of the NoHo Arts District, close to the North Hollywood train station, near all public transportation, the Art Institute, grocery stores and freeways. Underground parking. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (your bathroom would be the shared bathroom). The balcony faces a colourful sunrise/sunset over North Hollywood.
Your half of the rent is $744, with a $900 security deposit (which can be split up into payments) and utilities are usually less than $60 total every two months. Your cat and your notebooks of quickly scrawled brainstorms are welcome. |
