I am a Christian 26yo female who just bought a house in Oceanside off the 78 at College. It has 4 bedroom (2 with private baths). I will be taking one of the rooms. I am looking for other Christian females to share the house with me. I have a dog and will allow one more animal in the house. Rent depends on the room $550-650 (utilities included).
