Looking for 1 B 1B, preferably near the ocean.(North Coastal Area) First floor, washer and dryer in unit preferred and also parking. I would like someone that social and isn't isn't a stranger. I am very outgoing, love to cook, clean and do laundry...I know very different. I am a student majoring in Homeland Security. Also I am a Professional Organizer (was an Interior Decorator that has put me a cast for 6 months which I should be out of 20 April) I also design jewelry and am also a writer. I can be quiet in my room when I work although my office is on Oceanside Pier as the ocean is my inspiration.
