1-bdrm/1-bath apt available now near Magnolia & Adams--bedroom's yours (no private bath if you can count . . . sorry), and so's the parking spot. Near food, freeways, and only a couple miles from happening downtown Riverside--or a couple minutes from the Dollar Tree.
I'm looking for an easy-going, financially self-sufficient roommate with a sense of humor and not too extreme on either the clean or dirty end of the scale. I'm looking for someone who can move in ASAP since my monthly income equals my rent--and my roommate moved out, so I have to restart my lease ($800 on hand, including deposit; approx $450 a month including all utilities--internet or cable not currently included). I'm cluttered (mostly papers and books, a weakness) but fairly clean, and very easy-going.
