We just remodeled the house. Rent is $400/month per room. Rent includes gardeners, wireless internet, and all other utilities except gas and electric, which will be split between 3 renters and myself. The neighborhood is nice and the neighbors are really friendly and helpful. There is currently a 21yr/male renting one of the rooms who is laid back and friendly. We have a no pets, no smoking, no drug use policy.
