Me and my friend just recently moved into a beautiful home in Land Park. The room is 10.5 by 11.5 thats available. The house has a living room, family room, office and even a 1000sqft basement. Me and my friend are both 24yr old males and I go to school and work and he owns a business. We both like keeping are house clean and though its nice to have people over were not into having big partys. We are not into drugs and only drink a little with friend and are interested in finding a roommate thats around are age, friendly and will pay there part of the rent on time.
