Refrigerator, w/d, mostly carpeting except for kitchen w/ hardwood floors. Digital Cable; wireless internet. The neighborhood is very quiet. Rent & utilities (pge/smud/dsl/cable)are included.
Minutes from downtown. Easy I-5/Business 80 or I-80 access. If you work downtown, bus stop less than 5min walk. Wm. Land Park & Sac City College are 5 min drive.
About us, 2 professional females (sisters). We have a 12yr old male Weimaraner dog, gentle, not a barker. We occasionally have friends come over, nothing too exciting. We are very laid back and like to watch The Office, Family Guy, Sara Silverman, play Guitar Hero, go to concerts, among other things.
We are looking for a m/f, professional or student, responsible, no drugs, drama or slobs. Deposit minimal. Temporary considered.
