About us: We are African American, 21 year old females (not twins). We both work full-time and attend college full-time (CRC & CSUS). We are VERY CLEAN, courteous, Christian, and chill.
We are looking for a student who works, has own transportation, can provide proof of legal income, and possibly a good rental history. Our third roommate will share a bathroom with one person. We would prefer if you do not smoke or do drugs, and that there is mutual respect for one another. Other things you need to know:
• CLEANING – we will all take turns – especially the bathroom and the kitchen, but clean up after yourself at all times • No boyfriend drama
