Looking for a male or female to rent a room in a 3 bed, 2 bath house with a male and female in their late 20's. The house is up the hill from Qualcomm stadium and has a huge backyard, garage, fireplace, washer/dryer, lots of parking and easy access to the 805, 15 and 8 freeways.
