About your new Roomies:
We are a laid back couple in our early thirties. We have a small non-yippy dog who
is very well mannered.
Last roommate stayed with us for 6 years and only left because he got married.
We are looking for a easy going roommate who is preferrably male, non-smoking, animal friendly, respectful, considerate. We are pretty open minded, so if you feel you might be a good match with a but have some reservations, please give us a call...perhaps we can come up with a mutual agreement.
The Basics:
Rent: $700/ month utilities included
Deposit: $350, expected with first month's rent
Lease will be month to month for first 3 months then either 3 or 6 month terms thereafter
10' by 10' room available in our 2bd/2ba poolside condo in Carmel Mountain. Closet has built in orginzation unit. Yes, the room is currently green and used as the computer room. Both the color and the room's use will be changed in time for your arrival...unless u actually like the green.
Kitchen, in condo washer/dryer, personal bathroom (tub with shower), pool area with jaccuzi and BBQ pits, free for all parking, cable, cable phone, and ...cable internet, wireless internet, Mac and PC friendly, small backyard
The Location:
Collage Condos on Tivoli Park Row. Condo is pool-side. Super easy access to 15 & 56
freeways and many major streets in the area (Carmel Mountain Rd, Poway Rd, and Pomerado Rd, for example). |
