I have a condo in the college/del cerro area. It's a three bedroom two bath. One of the rooms available is a master bedroom so it has its own bathroom; this room is the more expensive one ($680). The other room is smaller and you will share a bathroom with me ($530). The rooms would be available either end of May or beginning/middle of July. Parking spot is included, there is a laundry room, swimming pool, and jacuzzi located in the complex.
