This is a beautiful house at University City by Governor and Genesee.
Safe, nice, and convenient neighborhood, you can walk to bank (WAMU), Vons plaza, and bus stop, which take you directly to UCSD in 10-15 mins.
We are all senior year UCSD students. We are clean, quiet, easygoing, and respectful.
The house is awesome and beautiful; we have huge living and dinning room as common area. The kitchen is brand new modeling with two-door fridge. Nice backyard with canyon view.
The room we are offering you is a huge bonus room (about 300 square feet) in the house, you will share bathroom with two other persons. They are clean and usually shower at night. The room includes furniture (queen size bed, two studying tables, two lights, one moving closet). We will have five people living in the house including you, so we share utility (water, gas, electricity, and cable internet), in average; it costs $40-60 a share.
There will be $600 security deposit required, but we will return it to you if there is not damaged in your room. The house is fully furniture already, so you can either bring your stuff or just use ours. Washer and dryer for laundry are in the garage. Our house is in the end of street, so there are many street parking spot in front of the house.
