Hi my name is Dana. I'm 27 and am a student full time and also work full time in child care. I also have an awesome dog named Barkly, so he's good times (PLEASE NO MORE PETS). My boyfriend Aramis and I have two great rooms available: 12x12 & 9 1/2 x 12 size rooms (couldnt get a good angle in pic sorry) plus huge closet space for rent in a perfect part of Clairemont; next to all shopping, freeways and both UCSD & Mesa colleges. The condo has all recreation facilities, small gym, olypic size pool, and game room; all about 50 feet away. More about the inside...it's a 2 story 2 1/2 bath so you would be sharing with another roommate. There is a bathroom downstairs so not to worry. There's a patio and nice size living room, kitchen and dining room areas...so pretty spacious. There is a washer and dryer here. I'm looking for someone who's laid back, (please no drama) and who's quiet and CLEAN is a must, but still sociable. The rent is $660 for the larger and $610 for the smaller and that includes the digital cable with all movie channels, and internet. The only other expenses would be 1/4 of the utilities which is $50, and $12 for the housekeeper every two weeks, (def perk having her)! There is a $500 deposit. This is a very fun, happy and goofy household, so really I'm just looking for someone who will fit right into that. The rooms are available starting June 1st. Looking forward to hearing from you. |
