The room for rent is very large (approx. 12' x 14'), carpeted, has a ceiling fan, includes two private entrances in the front and back of the room and is surrounded by large windows. Rent includes private bathroom (in rear of house) and a parking garage space. Pay 1/3 of utilities. There is a security deposit of $734.00 upon move in.
We are low-maintenance, no drama, drug free and responsible. Our rent and bills are paid every month on time. We are looking for a person who pays their bills on time as well. No pets please.
