I am in the final hours of rental-hunting. I am in desperate need of a room, or 2, for my son and me. Private bath preferred, but willing to share if others are willing to share with my son. He's pretty good about cleaning up after himself, including bathroom trips.
I am definitely looking to stay at least one year. I don't want to up and move again in the middle of my classes, especially with my son. I'll be done with my classes by May '09.
I recently separated from the Army only to turn around and work for the Army as a civilian. I am also a member of the Reserves. I will be going to school 2 eves/week and some Saturdays at USD (along with weekend drills and overtime hours for the Army). So, my son and I will not be in the house much. He loves playing outside, so if he starts getting noisy, I can always take him to the park, if there's no attached yard, to keep from disturbing any other tenants. |
