We are looking for a roommate to move in to the house we rent. It is a three bedroom house in Normal Heights-one bedroom will be available at end of June.
You would be moving in with a male and female (non-couple) who are in the upper 20’s as well as two cats.
Your share of the rent would be $617. You would also be responsible for 1/3rd of the water, SDGE, and basic cable bills.
There is a backyard, a washer and dryer, two bathrooms, three parking spots total on side of house, and we are one block north (we are on Suncrest Dr.) of Adams Ave btwn 30th St. and Kansas St. –easy access ot the I-805 and the I-8 freeways--very short walk to the Antique Row Café, Small Grocery Store, the Air Conditioned Lounge, Kadan bar, Juice/Smoothie place, Triple Crown pub; and a longer walk to LeStats, Starbucks, University Heights park.
Pet(s) are fine as long as they will get along with our two cats.
