Three bedroom, two bath condo. Looking for male/female (23-28) to take open room. Must be clean and non-smoker unless you don't mind stepping outside. Will share bathroom with one other person that is clean. Trolley stop is located less than a mile away which goes to the university and all over downtown as well. Move in date anytime at the beginning of April. Will live with myself and the owner of the condo (Johnny). We are two working guys ages 25 and 32, enjoy sports and the occasional night life.
