We have just signed a one year lease on a Santa Fe Townhouse at Sunset unit and are looking for a female roommate, 2 friends (both female), or a couple to move into the 2nd room ASAP.
The place: You will have your own spacious bedroom with attached full bathroom and a walk-in closet located on the 2nd floor. Both rooms are located on the second floor and the walls are not back-to-back with each other. The stacked washer and dryer is also conveniently located on the second floor. There is a large cathedral window, allowing for much natural lighting, on the staircase. On the main level, we have a complimentary powder room, so our guest do not have to run to the second level to a restroom, the dining room has mirrored walls, the living room has a full size fireplace, all appliances in the kitchen are new/updated, we have a full patio/deck with 2 storage units and the ceilings are vaulted.The place is/will be furnished with brand-new living room and dining room furniture, so if you only have bedroom furniture, this is an ideal situation.
