so i am stuck..
So I had a roommate all lined up to move in with but she got a job offer on the East Coast and is taking it, so that leaves me looking for a new roommate. I found a PERFECT apt in the East Village in San Diego, and have it on hold till next Wednesday. So with that being said....would you be interested? I was in SD last week and now I am back in SF till I move there. So let me know more about you and what you are looking for and perhaps we can work something out. The Apt is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, rent is either $1750 or $1800 a month total, so we split it...its 2 blocks from a grocery and few blocks from PetCo Park.
I have it on hold till April 9th....then its up for grabs again!!!
Clean carpets, Dan and his wife never wore shoes in apt.
Tile entry area, and I think in kitchen, or it could be wood,
Tile bathrooms I think.
Granite countertops in kitchen
stainless steal appliances
Lots of storage
Sound proof sliding doors and windows
washer and dryer in unit, we pay for electric
water/trash is included
we pay phone,cable, internet//
