Problem: San Francisco is expensive...you're saving up to go out, to go to school, to go backpacking in Peru, to buy a UFO, whatever. Solution: Split a room with me and save some cash!
I'm looking for someone who wants to split a single room (i.e. we'd pay around $300 each for a $600 or so room) starting February 1 or later. For the right person/house, cost and start date are definitely flexible to a degree. I've found a few interesting ledes, but the postings come up and go down so fast that I think it'll work better if we get in contact with each other and coordinate our efforts!
Me:
22 year-old queer female
East Coast undergraduate relocating to the West Coast
News junkie
Vegetarian
Co-op/collective living and public transportation enthusiast
Non-smoker, light drinker
Neat & into open communication
You:
Preferably queer/queer-friendly, around my age, into co-ops, needs a place near public transportation
Definitely responsible, honest, and kind
More deets: I'll be working full time, though my savings will cover 5-6 months of basic costs like rent, food, utilities, travel, and you should be in a similar situation - ideally we'd find a 6 month sublet gig to minimize risk for both of us. If things work out we could look for something more permanent, or if there's no decent sublets available, maybe we can take the plunge right away.
Fellow (financially stable) adventurers shoot me an email :). |
