OK- Here is the deal....
This is a must see- Keep reading and look at the floor plan below- I know, you don't want to share, but for this unique place it is worth it. Trust me..... I know 2190 seems expensive to share a place, however Imagine the place that costs 4380 and being able to live there with another cool down to earth guy, who just wants to live in the best conditions available. This is less like an apartment and more like an estate in the sky.... I you are pondering spending 2K on a one bedroom so you don't have to share....I understand....I am doing that now, but if the match is right and I can find the right guy or gal to share this amazing place with me, we will both be so much happier with our home in downtown San Francisco.
I am looking for a respectable hard working professional Male or Female who would like to share a home in the sky for a very reasonable price. There will be lots of interest, however I'm looking for the guy or girl that can be a responsible housemate as well as a friend to hang out with on occasion. It is perfectly acceptable if you have your own life and friends, however it should always be comfortable at home. Guests are ok within reason as long as noise levels at night are respected. |
