The room is unfurnished and comes with a very large closet with sliding doors. The bedroom gets plenty of sunshine as the are two windows. You will have your own bathroom which is not connected to the room, but is just one step across the hall.
The apartment is very spacious, plenty of sunshine. Hardwood floor throughout the whole apartment, wonderful views.
You will get full access to the kitchen, which is secluded from the living room and comes with everything a kitchen should have, except a cook of course. Fairly easy on-street parking requires an area permit, which is about $75 a year, or there is an underground parking garage right next to the building, parking spot is $100 per month. The laundry is in the basement and requires $$ for washer and dryer.
Very convenient location. Just 5 min walking distance to SFSU and 10 min to Stonestown Galleria shopping mall. 7 minutes walking to MUNI station, 5 minutes driving to BART station. 5 min driving to the beach. It is a very friendly community and has it's own supermarket and cultural events, like flea markets and movie nights, it has a gym, tennis courts and a pool table.
