I am going to be a graduate student this upcoming fall, and and am in need of a place that is within 10 miles of SJSU. I am looking to pay no more than $600 a month. Additionally, I am looking for a roommate who is responsible, quiet, and laid back. Thirdly, I highly prefer living with someone that is not a big partier either. Overall, I am going to be 24 years old, and will really need to live with someone who is courteous and respectful. I am very laid back and one of the easier roommates to get along with.
