I'm looking for an additional roommate that doesn't mind living in a house with 2 other men (25 and 22). Each have girlfriends that may come over often and they are all fine with a roommate with any sexual orientation. There will be a cat living there as well-so no more animals unless caged is preferred.
We need someone that is able to pass a background check and will also be financially fit to live in the house for a year or more.
We're also looking for someone that is fun, doesn't mind having parties, and we want someone that knows how to clean up after themselves and is not a slob-we have dealt with too many and we're sick of it.
