Hello! I live in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a lovely female artist who works from the home. We have indoor/outdoor cats, so there's no room for anymore fuzzy friends, sorry!
Two bedrooms are available for rent. The first is $550 plus utilities and the second is $500 plus utilities. The first has internet and cable, the second just has cable.
House is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood in east San Jose. 10 minute walk to light rail, short drive to both Costco and Great Mall.
