My home has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. You also could rent the
upstairs for $1600. It is solely a game room now but everything could be
moved (except the pool table) and you could solely use it.
In the backyard is a big swimming pool.
I love my home and am struggling to keep it so need some help in renting it.
If you were to take two bedrooms for $1600, then the bathroom would be yours alone (I'm open about how much you want to rent since I need to come up with about 5k a month) so just toss other suggestions if you need more storage, an office, etc. |
