I have a HUMUNGOUS upstairs room for rent in my recently remodeled 5 bedroom 2,500 sqft house in south San Jose. Kitchen/laundry privileges are included. Utilities include AT&T DSL wireless internet and DIRECTV satellite television.
There are currently 4 professional male roommates living in my house which makes sharing utilities more economical for all. I am looking for a 5th MALE professional who is responsible and respectful of others and their property at all times and who has no problem cleaning up after himself on a regular basis. This is for a "month to month" rental so No long term lease required.
