I am offering a large master bedroom with private balcony, walk in closet and private bathroom in a spacious 2bd 2 bath townhouse. The complex is close to the pool and local quick stops, gas station, and grocery. Decent size backyard, small deck, flowers, trees. Huge kitchen! Spacious living room! (Three couches currently fit in this bad boy) The place was painted and new carpets installed about two years ago. No worries, I wash the carpets myself about once a year. I have kept the place in excellent shape so far and I intend on keeping it that way. You would be sharing the home with me, a 26 year old female and a wonderful dog. Therefore, animals LOVERS ONLY!!!!!!!! I don’t want someone who just tolerates living with animals, you must also enjoy it. I work at the animal shelter and foster kittens on occasion.(when time is on my side!) I am looking for a fun, non-hermit like creature. I have a very busy lifestyle and would love an outgoing and respectful roommate who wouldn’t mind my crazy schedule. I spend alot of my time studying and need someone who is considerate and conscientious of low noise time periods. I like to have friends over from time to time and enjoy a good beer or glass of wine with some television after a long day. I am trying to keep materialistic necessities to a low, therefore no pack rats! I like to live clutter free! I am a smoker but keep that confined to the backyard.
