I have a room for rent in my two bedroom two bathroom condo-like apt. The rent is 800.00 and includes all utilities. It has a big closet, lots of light, and a wood beamed ceiling. The bathrooms are shared. One is upstairs and one is downstairs. There is a back patio with lots of plants, a pool, and only seven units in the building. There is shared laundry. It is in a great neighborhood walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and blockbuster.
I am looking for a female, non smoker, no drugs or drama. Preferably in her thirties.
I am a 39 year old female that is super creative, crafty, and very clean and organized.
